All vocal students are given a number of professional recording and live performance opportunities throughout the year to display their learning, development and ever-growing talent.

Under the guidance of vocal coaches Chelsea Gibb, Erin Kennedy, Justin Clausen and Louise Gaul all Voice students are given a number of performance opportunities throughout the year.

VOICE FACULTY
Justin Clausen

Classically trained in vocals, piano, musical theatre and dance, Justin is a well established performer around Melbourne. Having previously trained at the Atlantic Theatre Company in New York City, he has now featured in several years of shows such as the Melbourne Cabaret Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival and has also been a part of Melbourne's Carols by Candlelight. Justin currently teaches year 9 - VCE students in music theory and private vocal lessons at secondary schools in Victoria. Including preparing many students for the AMEB exams.

Erin Kennedy

Erin Kennedy is hot off performing in the Australian Tour of Les Miserables in 2014 & 2015. Having graduated from the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre), Erin’s extensive credentials and experience includes both ensemble and understudy lead roles in Xanadu The Musical, Mary Poppins and Hot Shoe Shuffle.

Louise Gaul

Louise is a multi-instrumentalist playing Cello, Violin, Piano, and Voice. She has studied music theory and has successfully passed the Australian Music Examinations Board Certifications in Piano & Voice. Louise is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts, Music Industry at RMIT University. She has been fortunate enough to have been personally invited to perform at some of Melbourne's most prestigious locations such as Melba Hall and The Melbourne Recital Center. Louise has also been apart of theatre productions such as 'Fiddler on the Roof', 'Oliver', 'Joseph and the amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' and 'Oklahoma' (for which she was nominated as Best Female Supporting Actress by the Theatre Guild of Victoria).
